Welcome to Blue Lagoon Villa by Exuma Exclusives, a 6,000 sq. ft., 7-bedroom beachfront paradise in Little Exuma. Nestled between Moore Hill and Williamstown, this unique home  accommodates up to 14 guests and boasts a breathtaking 270-degree ocean view, a heated pool, and access to a lazy river.

Blue Lagoon Villa offers a truly unique vacation experience with its three-building layout, surrounded by a winding lazy river and sugar-white sandbars. The property features over 500 feet of ocean frontage, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and exploring the vibrant marine life of Exuma. Relax on the front porch rocking chairs, taking in the breathtaking views of the tides and mangroves. 

The villa is thoughtfully designed with both sunrise and sunset cottages flanking the main house, allowing guests to witness spectacular views throughout the day. Tumble stone pathways connect the main house to the cottages, creating an inviting atmosphere for leisurely strolls.

Each of the seven bedrooms is designed for comfort and privacy, with luxurious ensuite bathrooms. The villa's expansive outdoor spaces are ideal for socializing or unwinding by the private heated pool. Inside, the open-concept living area is adorned with modern amenities, ensuring a seamless blend of comfort and style.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (provided above). 

• Thinking about a private chef? On Exuma - regardless of where you stay - most private chefs charge about $50–$100 per person, per meal on average. This usually includes the cost of groceries and a full menu (for example, a starter, main, and dessert, or a larger spread for breakfast or lunch). Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline for budgeting. Final pricing depends on: group size, menu requests, cost of food, and style of service. We always recommend sharing your preferences directly with the chef to receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:

• No parties. No exceeding guest count on property. 

• Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings. Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer. 

• Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules. 

• Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
