About Love Beach House

Welcome to Love Beach House by Exuma Exclusives, a 4,000 sq.ft., 5-bedroom oceanfront home on its own slice of a secluded pocket beach, “Love Beach”. Offering privacy, comfort, and easy access to swimmable coves, this luxury property balances relaxation and adventure for groups up to 10 guests who want it all. 

Love Beach House is approximately 25 minutes from Georgetown (groceries), 35 minutes from Exuma International airport (GGT), and 15 minutes from the closest marina (Browns Marine).

This spectacular oceanfront home sits directly on the sands of "Love Beach" on Little Exuma. You too will fall in love at first sight as soon as you step out on the oceanfront deck with views of a beautiful private beach and turquoise waters that go on forever. The home sits on a private pocket beach, "Love Beach", with 4 other luxury vacation homes. White sandy beach with amazing turquoise waters. Swimmable cove with ocean waters perfect for kayaking and stand up paddleboarding.

The Space:

Our villa includes 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. On the top level of the home, we have a master suite on one side of the villa with an ensuite bathroom. On the other side of our villa we have a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and our bunk room and queen bedroom that share a full bathroom. Our living room and kitchen are both upstairs, overlooking the infinity pool and ocean.

**A high chair and pack and play can be made available for no additional fee. Please request prior to arrival.

Your concierge can arrange a private rental car, as well as schedule boat charters and water activities for your group. We can even hire an in-home masseuse or a professionally trained chef for a special night in.

The Neighborhood:

The home is located on a private pocket beach with just 4 other luxury vacation homes on the small laid-back Bahamian island of Little Exuma. In addition to the majestic Caribbean outside your back door, the home has a large oceanfront deck with your own private infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, and living area right out your back door. There is a lot to do in Exuma, but you might not want to ever leave the house.

Getting Around:

The home is conveniently located near Georgetown, which has the island's main grocery store and marina. From Georgetown you can take the ferry to Stocking Island or charter a boat to explore the Exumas, which are comprised of 365 cays and islands!

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (provided above). 

• Thinking about a private chef? On Exuma - regardless of where you stay - most private chefs charge about $50–$100 per person, per meal on average. This usually includes the cost of groceries and a full menu (for example, a starter, main, and dessert, or a larger spread for breakfast or lunch). Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline for budgeting. Final pricing depends on: group size, menu requests, cost of food, and style of service. We always recommend sharing your preferences directly with the chef to receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:

• No parties. No exceeding guest count on property.

• Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings.

• Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer.

• Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules.

• Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
