Welcome to Silver Palms Retreat by Exuma Exclusives, a 1,500 sq.ft, 3-bedroom property located steps from Tropic of Cancer Beach. Accommodating up to 6 guests, with easy beach access, a heated pool, and breathtaking views, Silver Palms Retreat is perfect for an unforgettable getaway. 

Silver Palms Retreat offers the perfect home base for families, couples, or friends seeking a private, well-appointed retreat with effortless access to the beach and all the natural beauty Exuma has to offer. Set on a generous 1,000 sq.ft. ocean-view patio, the heated pool and lounge area invite guests to unwind under the Bahamian sun or dine al fresco while taking in the sea breeze. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying cocktails at sunset, the outdoor space is designed for relaxation and connection.

Inside, the retreat’s open-concept layout is bright and airy, with modern furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen that make entertaining easy. Large windows frame the landscape and flood the home with natural light, while plush bedding, high-quality linens, and thoughtful touches throughout ensure comfort at every turn. Each of the three bedrooms offers a peaceful retreat after a day on the water, complete with fluffy comforters and extra pillows for that perfect end-of-day unwind.

Located less than 100 meters from Tropic of Cancer Beach, the villa offers direct access to turquoise waters and powdery white sand that stretches for over 2 kilometers—ideal for long walks, gentle swims, or simply soaking in the peace of the shoreline. The calm waters in this area also make it a favorite for snorkeling and kayaking.

They have a wealth of knowledge about the island and are committed to ensuring you enjoy all Exuma has to offer - hassle free.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (provided above). 

• Thinking about a private chef? On Exuma - regardless of where you stay - most private chefs charge about $50–$100 per person, per meal on average. This usually includes the cost of groceries and a full menu (for example, a starter, main, and dessert, or a larger spread for breakfast or lunch). Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline for budgeting. Final pricing depends on: group size, menu requests, cost of food, and style of service. We always recommend sharing your preferences directly with the chef to receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:

• No parties. No exceeding guest count on property.

• Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings.

• Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer.

• Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules. Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations.

• Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
