Welcome to Stay Blessed Villa by Exuma Exclusives, a 2-storey, 6-bedroom beachfront villa at Three Sisters Beach. With space for up to 12 guests, a heated pool, hot tub, fully-equipped kitchen and lounge areas, you’ll enjoy a stunning stretch of beach and nearby local attractions for a dream vacation. 

This 2-story villa offers everything you could want for an unforgettable family vacation in Exuma. The home is fully equipped with a modern, well-appointed kitchen, six spacious bedrooms, and a variety of comfortable areas for relaxation, games, conversation, or solitude.

The large outdoor deck features a heated pool and spa, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the breathtaking views of the expansive beachfront that stretches for miles. A palm grove surrounds the property, with hammocks under the trees, kayaks for adventurous days on the water, and front and back balconies to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (provided above). 

• Thinking about a private chef? On Exuma - regardless of where you stay - most private chefs charge about $50–$100 per person, per meal on average. This usually includes the cost of groceries and a full menu (for example, a starter, main, and dessert, or a larger spread for breakfast or lunch). Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline for budgeting. Final pricing depends on: group size, menu requests, cost of food, and style of service. We always recommend sharing your preferences directly with the chef to receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:

• No parties. No exceeding guest count on property.

• Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings.

• Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer.

• Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules.

• Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
