Welcome to Sunset Cove by Exuma Exclusives, a 1,400 sq.ft., 3-bedroom home located in Little Exuma. The private beach area is a dream spot for kayakers and a perfect fit for families seeking a peaceful retreat. You’ll find both relaxation and adventure with a backdrop of stunning sunsets over Little Exuma’s iconic bridge. 

Sunset Cove is approx. 25 minutes from Georgetown (groceries), 35 minutes from Exuma International airport (GGT), and 15 minutes from the closest marina (Browns Marine).

Sunset Cove is on the quiet side of the island in an area called The Ferry with endless stretches of clear, quiet waters. This area boasts some of the most incredible sand bars and beaches in the Bahamas. In just 15 minutes your entire party can be at Moriah Cay National Park in our available kayaks. Make a day of exploring the sand bars and wildlife and be sure to check out the Lazy River Sand Flats. Even on windy days, the waters of the Ferry Harbour remain calm, making kayaking accessible for everyone. Time it for low tide, take a picnic, and enjoy endless stretches of sandbars minutes from your vacation home. 

This charming 3-bedroom oceanfront escape comfortably sleeps 10, with bunk beds perfect for kids (or kids at heart). The fully-equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms,, and parking for multiple vehicles will provide all the convenience you’ll need for your Bahamas getaway and help you feel right at home.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (provided above). 

• Thinking about a private chef? On Exuma - regardless of where you stay - most private chefs charge about $50–$100 per person, per meal on average. This usually includes the cost of groceries and a full menu (for example, a starter, main, and dessert, or a larger spread for breakfast or lunch). Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline for budgeting. Final pricing depends on: group size, menu requests, cost of food, and style of service. We always recommend sharing your preferences directly with the chef to receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:

• No parties. No exceeding guest count on property.

• Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings.

• Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer.

• Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules.

• Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
