About Treasure Cove

Welcome to Treasure Cove Villa by Exuma Exclusives, a 3,500 sq.ft., 6-bedroom luxurious oceanfront retreat in Farmer’s Hill. Accommodating up to 16 guests, this villa features a private heated pool, hot tub, and breathtaking views, offering the ultimate island getaway.

Treasure Cove Villa is approximately 20 minutes from Georgetown (groceries), 5-10 minutes from Exuma International airport (GGT), and 5-10 minutes from the closest marina (Emerald Bay Marina).

Treasure Cove Beach House is set along a peaceful stretch of coastline and is  ideal for families, multi-generational groups, or friends traveling together.

Perched just above the turquoise waters of Exuma, the villa’s 1,150 sq. ft. patio is a dream-worthy outdoor hub, featuring a large heated pool, hot tub, lounge seating, and panoramic ocean views. Guests can enjoy direct access to two small, sandy beach coves just steps from the property, as well as excellent snorkeling right offshore.

Inside, high tongue-and-groove ceilings and a wide-open layout create a sense of breezy island elegance. The main house offers two bedrooms, while four additional guest suites are housed in two separate cabanas flanking the pool—ensuring comfort and privacy for all. A standout feature is the fully equipped kitchen with a large bi-fold window that opens directly onto the pool deck, complete with barstool seating for seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Whether you’re gathering for sunset cocktails on the patio, paddling out in the provided kayaks, or grilling up freshly caught seafood under the stars, Treasure Cove is built for relaxation, connection, and a true taste of island life.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (provided above). 

• Thinking about a private chef? On Exuma - regardless of where you stay - most private chefs charge about $50–$100 per person, per meal on average. This usually includes the cost of groceries and a full menu (for example, a starter, main, and dessert, or a larger spread for breakfast or lunch). Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline for budgeting. Final pricing depends on: group size, menu requests, cost of food, and style of service. We always recommend sharing your preferences directly with the chef to receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:

• No parties. No exceeding guest count on property.

• Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings.

• Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer.

• Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules.

• Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
