Welcome to Vista Blue by Exuma Exclusives, a 3,000 sq.ft, 5-bedroom oceanfront home on the stunning blue waters of Tar Bay. Centrally located near GGT airport, this paradise escape is perfect for families or groups up to 12 seeking both adventure and relaxation.

This newly constructed home boasts breathtaking views of the Exuma Bank and offers direct access to miles of walkable white sand beach.

The villa features a heated infinity pool, outdoor dining area, hammock, fire pit, and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for enjoying the best of the Bahamas outdoors. Water toys, kayaks, and snorkel gear are provided for endless fun. A private staircase leads you to one of the island’s most beautiful beaches.

Inside, the spacious great room includes two seating areas, a 75” TV, a bar, and a dining table for 10. The gourmet kitchen is designed for easy entertaining. Five luxurious master suites, each with a king-size bed and ensuite bath, offer ultimate comfort. Three bedrooms feature stunning ocean views, and one includes additional bunk beds. Vista Blue is the perfect beachfront escape for families or couples looking to experience the Exumas in luxury.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (provided above). 

• Thinking about a private chef? On Exuma - regardless of where you stay - most private chefs charge about $50–$100 per person, per meal on average. This usually includes the cost of groceries and a full menu (for example, a starter, main, and dessert, or a larger spread for breakfast or lunch). Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline for budgeting. Final pricing depends on: group size, menu requests, cost of food, and style of service. We always recommend sharing your preferences directly with the chef to receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:

• No parties. No exceeding guest count on property.

• Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings.

• Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer.

• Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules.

• Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
